Business Development Representative Information Technology. Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish) Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for identifying and qualifying leads, cultivating business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, effectively communicating the value of our services, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. This role requires a self-starter with excellent bilingual communication skills in English & Spanish, a strong work ethic, and a passion for driving business success.


Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Conduct research to identify potential clients in target markets, utilizing both English and Spanish proficiency. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Utilize tools and resources to build a robust pipeline of prospects.


Prospecting and Qualification:

Engage with potential clients in both English and Spanish to understand their needs and qualify them as potential opportunities. Conduct initial needs assessments to determine alignment with our services.


Sales Outreach:

Initiate and manage outbound communication with leads through emails, phone calls, and other relevant channels. Effectively communicate our company’s value proposition and benefits of our services.


Relationship Building:

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, using language proficiency to enhance communication. Nurture leads through ongoing communication and relationship-building activities.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and align strategies, providing insights into language-specific market trends. Provide feedback on market dynamics and client needs.


Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, communications, and overall status. Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall progress.


Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in both English and Spanish. Utilize market insights & language proficiency to tailor outreach strategies and positioning.


Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field OR proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish. Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Training will be provided for the selected candidate.

Full Time Software Developers in Tampa. Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.

    Software Developer 1: Bachelor’s in science/Computer/Engineering/Information Technology/related fields + 2 years’ experience
    Software Developer 2: Bachelor’s in science/ Computer/Engineering/Information Technology/related fields + 5 years’ experience
    Software Developer 3: Master’s in science/ Computer/Engineering/Information Technology/related fields
    Salary depends on experience.
