Role: Cutover Support MM with PEO/PLMSI

Key Responsibilities
- Cutover Planning & Strategy: develop cutover strategies and detailed plans for Material Master and related data (vendor, PIRs, BOMs, routings) - define scope, sequencing, and dependencies for loading organizational, PLM-integrated, and open transactional data
- Cutover Execution & Go-Live Support: orchestrate final cutover activities for Material Master and open MM transactions (POs, PRs, GR/IR, stock balances) - ensure required views and objects are loaded before go-live - provide hands-on post-go-live support to resolve data and process issues
- Integration with PEO & PLMSI: partner with PEO and PLMSI teams to synchronize product structures, routings, and engineering releases with Material Master during cutover - resolve interface and integration defects
- Data Migration & Validation: lead data identification, cleansing, mapping, and transformation from legacy systems to SAP - prepare upload templates and migration tools (LSMW, BAPIs, MDG) - execute mock loads and perform data validation and reconciliation.
- Testing, Documentation & Governance: define and execute test scenarios covering Material Master usage across MM, PEO, PLMSI, and MDG - author functional specifications, cutover runbooks, and validation scripts
- Stakeholder Communication & Risk Management: act as primary cutover contact for Material Master and MM objects - identify risks, propose mitigations, and support go/no-go decisions with clear status reporting
Required Qualifications
- SAP & Cutover Expertise: strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM and Material Master processes - experience in SAP cutover/data migration (Material Master, vendor master, PIRs, BOMs, routings, stock balances) - familiarity with PEO and PLMSI concepts
- IT Business Analysis Skills: experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and writing functional specs - strong skills in test planning, execution, and defect resolution - ability to analyze and reconcile data discrepancies
- General Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in SAP MM, master data, or cutover projects as a business analyst or functional consultant
