Location: Tampa FL, Jersey City NJ

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Archer Platform Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain the RSA Archer platform.
- Manage Archer applications, data feeds, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates.
✅ User Access & Security:
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
✅ Customization & Configuration:
- Develop and modify Archer applications, reports, and dashboards.
- Configure workflows, notifications, and access control mechanisms.
- Create and manage data feeds and integrations with other systems.
✅ Support & Troubleshooting:
- Provide technical support to users and resolve issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any Archer-related problems.
✅ Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to GRC best practices.
- Work with risk, compliance, and audit teams to enhance Archer’s capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
🔹 Experience:
- [X] years of experience as an RSA Archer Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of GRC processes and best practices.
- Experience with Archer APIs, integrations, and data feeds.
- Understanding of risk management, compliance, and security frameworks.
🔹 Technical Skills:
- RSA Archer 6.x+ Administration and configuration.
- Experience in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
🔹 Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
