Role: Conversational AI Architect
Location: Onsite – Alpharetta (GA), Berkeley Heights (NJ), Omaha (Nebraska), Toronto, Coral Springs (FL) or Frisco (TX)
Required Skills
- 10+ years of solution architecture experience.
- 5+ years architecting cloud-native applications.
- 5+ years designing AI-enabled or LLM-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Experience designing agentic workflows and tool-calling frameworks including:
- Establish patterns for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Define conversational orchestration services
- Implement guardrails to prevent hallucinations and unauthorized data exposure
- Design explainability frameworks for results presented and any financial calculations
