• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using SharePoint Online / On-Premise, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Lead and execute SharePoint migration projects, including content analysis, planning, and execution (e.g., migrating from SharePoint 2013/2016 to SharePoint Online).
• Build and customize business applications and forms using Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps.
• Create and automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate (Flow).
• Customize SharePoint sites using SPFx, JavaScript, JSON, and other front-end technologies as needed.
• Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation for all developed solutions and processes.
• Follow best practices for governance, security, and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online / On-Premise development and customization.
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint migrations using tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or native methods.
• Knowledge of SPFx, REST APIs, PnP, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, jQuery).
• Experience with Dataverse, SQL, and integrating Power Platform with external data sources.
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
